Gideon Asuming

GIDEON ASUMING is a film and theatre actor and a founding member of Cities On Hills.

Having studied Acting & Theatre Arts at Staffordshire University he has continued to build his skills and gain more experience in the world of theatre. He has been in many short films, one of which he collaborated with Esther-Rennae, the critically acclaimed - ‘56 Black Men’ and ‘Aim’ which was directed and produced by Fredrick Iyeh. He has worked with many other companies such as Riding Lights Theatre Company, Living Breath Productions in their recent production entitled ‘Forever Mine’ which debuted in 2023 and most recently Wise Owl Theatre Company in their version of ‘The Polar Express’.

The heart of his work is the belief that there is truth in every story, and He always wants to present a heartfelt and meaningful approach in each of his performances. In his spare time, Gideon loves to do a lot of community work with his local youth club, helping the youth develop skills in Music & Performance.
